About Our CEO
With over two decades of Fashion Industry expertise, Jones is a seasoned professional. The Publicist and visionary behind the Fstate Agency, a multimedia powerhouse that nurtures, oversees, and advocates for diverse fashion brands. As the Editor-in-Chief of theFstate Magazine, he's at the forefront of fashion storytelling. Jones was the driving force behind the Black Agents Network, an initiative he once co-founded with the trailblazing CEO Tiauna Jackson of the Jackson Agency—the first Black Woman to be elected to the Association of Talent Agents. He’s the founder of Culture Fashion Week, a nonprofit organization dedicated to celebrating culture through fashion.
In addition to his extensive affiliations with organizations like Publicist for the Culture, Respect the Publicist, Fashion Group International, and the Black Excellence Society, Jones boasts an international reputation as a Multi-Published Photographer and Creative Director. His work has graced the pages of esteemed national and international publications, solidifying his status as a creative visionary. Jones's client roster reads like a who's who of the industry, with collaborations spanning from media mogul Jason Lee to celebrity CFDA designer Justin Haynes. He's also interviewed Forbes 30 Under 30 celebrity fashion stylist Brittany Diego, and has lent his talents to notable figures such as author Dana Isaiah, actor Norman Towns of HBO's Emmy Award-winning series Insecure, RIAA Platinum Certified producer and recording artist Austin Sexton, music artist Tyler Jacob, male supermodel Yvesmark Chery, and celebrity choreographer and actor Jeremy Copeland. Notably, Jones has also interviewed leading actor Chukwudi Iwuji, known for his role in Disney's Marvel Studios' Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.
